Building photos, sizes, colors, prices, and delivery timelines are estimates and can change based on your location, product availability, and manufacturer. Nothing on the site is a binding quote until we give you a written quote or you place an order.
A quote is an estimate of the price and delivery timeline for the building you have asked about. Your order is confirmed when you make a payment or sign a rent-to-own agreement. Custom-built products are built to your specifications and are subject to the manufacturer's build and delivery timeline.
We accept payment as described at checkout or in your agreement. Rent-to-own arrangements are provided through a third party, and their terms apply. We do not provide lending or credit directly.
Free delivery includes delivery to your location and, for portable buildings, setup and leveling. You are responsible for having a suitable site ready, including access for a delivery truck and any required permits. If your site is not ready or accessible, additional fees may apply or delivery may be rescheduled. Delivery timelines for in-stock portable buildings are typically 7 to 10 business days, custom builds 4 to 6 weeks, and carport-style buildings 3 to 6 weeks depending on location and manufacturer.
Structures are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by product. Ask us for the warranty details for the product you are buying.
